Why is the Six Step Stop Smoking System so effective?

When I re-developed our stop smoking programme I was determined to make the most effective programme available anywhere. My initial research soon demonstrated that hypnotherapy is the most effective way to give up smoking.

However, I went further. Whilst many research studies showed the effectiveness of hypnotherapy success results ranged from 30%-70% success for stopping smoking in the long term, I wanted to do better. I also wanted to find out what made some programmes more effective and successful than others.

Eventually I came a cross an intriguing research study dating back to 1968 that showed a 94% over 1000 patients! In fact this study, is not surprisingly, widely quoted by hypnotherapists. Many therapists like to claim such success, but few can substantiate it. I decided to delve deeper and find out exactly what made this hypnotherapist so successful.

It took some time but eventually I managed to uncover the key components of his programme. It was like a light bulb going off in my head. The programme was very thorough and meticulously planned. I could instantly see why its so effective. But it was also interesting to note that none of the hypnotherapists quoting that research were using anything like that system.

In fact, many were promoting the ‘stop smoking in 1 hour’ which I knew from my own experience was not the best approach for most people. Yes, it work’s well for some, but not at all for others. Many more stop for a week, a month or more but eventually slip back into old habits.

I decided to use this breakthrough study for the foundation of the stop smoking programme. But I still was not satisfied. That study was completed over 50 years ago and since then there have been many breakthroughs in hypnotherapy, psychology, neuroscience and behaviour therapy. I have therefore integrated many of these techniques and much more besides.

The resulting breakthrough Six Step Stop Smoking System is only available here at the South London and Surrey Stop Smoking Centre.

Will it work for you?

Whilst this is the most effective stop smoking strategy I know of, I can’t guarantee it will work for you.

That largely depends on you - you need to really want to give up smoking.
